Pasta, reimagined
with Taiwanese wok hei

Italian technique meets Taiwanese stir-fry. Every plate is tossed over high heat so the pasta soaks up the sauce — and carries that smoky, Taiwanese wok hei (鍋氣).

Our Story

The fire in our kitchen

The heat and sizzle of a busy kitchen is the flavour Creative Pasta has always stood by.

Our pasta isn’t simply boiled and dressed with sauce. We cook it the way Taiwan’s stir-fry kitchens do — over a roaring flame, tossed fast — so every strand soaks up the sauce and aroma right in the pan.

It’s a technique rooted in everyday Taiwanese food culture, and it gives our pasta a touch of wok hei (鍋氣) — the smoky “breath of the wok”. The moment a plate leaves the pan, the aroma, temperature and texture are exactly right.

That’s why we’ve always believed
pasta is best enjoyed at our table.

Take that first bite while it’s hot — taste the aroma straight from the pan, and the wok hei we cook into every plate.
